Created by Olivier da Costa, Osteria La Famiglia brings to the Algarve a hearty Italian cuisine, designed to bring together families and friends, guests and neighbours at the same table. The menu reflects this spirit, with recognisable flavours and dishes made for sharing: focaccia, burrata artisanal, Parma ham PDO, mortadella with pistachio, polenta crispy with truffled honey, fresh pasta, risottos, fish, meat and classic desserts.
From paccheri carbonara to spaghetti with clams, from lasagne with from ragù alla bolognese to lemon and prawn risotto, everything points to a comfortable, straightforward and festive cuisine, without complications unnecessary. To finish, tiramisù, lemon meringue tart o Basque Parmesan tart rounds off the meal with an Italian touch and a desire to stay a bit longer.
