Eleven

Founded in 2004 by a group of eleven partners from different backgrounds, Eleven was born with the ambition of putting Lisbon on the map of international haute cuisine. Leading the project is chef Joachim Koerper, a benchmark in contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, with a solid, cosmopolitan and distinctive career.

The gastronomic concept is precise, elegant and firmly rooted in the product. Drawing on the Mediterranean, it works with seasonality in a rigorous way and creates menus that are easy to read, where technique, balance and flavour go hand in hand. Every dish is carefully conceived, refined and fully thought through.

With a Michelin star from early on, Eleven has become a classic of Lisbon’s restaurant scene, keeping its relevance and high standards fully intact.
